And here they go again - "match-day experience"!!

I don't give two hoots about catering, fan zones, half-time entertainment, TVs on concourses or the club shop.

I just need somewhere to stand and somewhere to pee when I need to. Oh and I'd love to see us win sometime soon.

Matchday experience:

1. I would just like to see us score a league goal at home.

2. Win a home league game.

3. Play attacking football.

I could go on but I would be here all day writing what I think.

I've had the same discussion. One  difference though is Loft played because we had no alternative. Now we have an experienced and able forward sat on the bench with Stockley while Faal gets on. He couldn't look less interested if he tried.

Is there a stipulation that we have to play him in a certain number of games? Or is it Moore snubbing Stockley because of him going rogue with the team meeting?

Stockley is a really odd one. Just 7/8 months on from that fantastic day at Wimbledon he's now surplus to requirements it seems and playing second fiddle to a loanee who can just about put one front into the other.

I don't think it's the meeting, he barely features before that.

He's 33 and his career in it's Autumn but he's a proven lower league striker including league one.

Really peculiar way to treat the guy.

Is he the saviour and could keep us up, too late for that , but his exclusion is another Moore oddity.

Bit greedy VH.

We have scored in 3 of our 10 home games, what more do you want, pardon the pun.

You're right, he's only started two league games all season, Rotherham and Lincoln

This need not be an emotional decision for Carol, just an evidence based one. DM you are a lovely guy who has given it his best shot but it obviously isn't working for either of us. Thank you for your efforts, wish you well in the future and we both move on.  Job done. Now is the time for that conversation to be had, possibly should have been sooner but needs to be had by Monday latest.

I wish someone would tell me why 'he is a lovely guy' because I don't see it, just like 95% of those who have employment through football he appears to be a self centered, selfish, greedy mercenary.

In my time I have interviewed hundreds of employers and one thing I have noticed in successful (non public businesses) tend to have directors who look after the employees and not much staff turnover.

I am sure Carol in her previous business fell into that category, the problem is which has been said many times is that football is completely different.

I think Carol thought she could change football to her values, which I think she now knows she can't.

She was burned by Fraudcroft and believed it would be different under Moore. Unfortunately she has been burned again by this man.

It is quite clearly Moore (as from Day 1 when he got himself a 5 year contract), has been playing the club and her.

I don't see he is not a nice bloke and doesn't fit within the 5%. Please prove me wrong.

I know I'm been a bit greedy @darren1810but I would just like to see attacking intent from the start and some goals.

That's the best summary I've read in a long while.

According to Ed here he has heard that DM has until the Barnsley match and that a certain points threshold must be met during this time which definitely won't be met given that are next 2 games are against two teams that are currently 7th and 3rd in the L1 table.

Similarly, I don't know where you're getting it from he isn't?

He spends time with the academy and foundation education squads, with the women's team and is clearly close to his family and guided by his faith. You don't walk the great Wall of China to raise money for charity because you're a scumbag.

He won't walk away because managers don't walk away these days. Their agents tell them not to because they don't get the payout. If you were in a job, and you were underperforming, yet the employer didnt sack you, wouldn't you keep turning up and taking the money? You don't have to be an unpleasant person to do what anyone else would do in that situation.

I think time is up, and he should go, but he won't resign because hes probably been advised not to. Its incumbent on Carol etc to act if things have to change.

He can be a decent person, but tactically inept, the same goes for people like Crosby, John Askey towards the end etc.

Maybe he's neither a saint nor a scumbag.

He could be just another football mercenary that's been put on a pedestal.

Then it was bad business in the first place not to tie him in to a tighter contract.  If the club thought he had potential, which clearly it did, a more sensibly constructed contract would have ensured he stayed.  Presumably whoever put together his contract on signing im thought that a £1.2 mill release clause was good business.  Clearly not, with his scoring ability where would we be in the league now?  I rest my case.

Hindsight is wonderful, have you not thought he would have demanded more money if we had insisted on a higher release fee, or if not gone to another club. He has gone, we did well out of him. Some players we sign don`t come off. Dozens of players I regret going, that is football.
