There is a lot to be said for how easily/naively she gets tunnel vision in her appointments. I'm currently too <ovf censored> angry to get into it all but we all know it. Flitcroft, Crosby, Moore.

I've only done 52 but I've seen similar. They tend to happen when there is an issue between the manager and the players. It was an issue at the end of Askey's tenure, although that has been well documented by the main protagonist.  There was a spell at the end of Aspin's, McGrath's and certainly Butler's reigns when it was clear players had lost faith.

Exactly his tactics and player choices are totally unbelievable.

To sit back and concede 4 in one half is totally diabolical.

The club is run like a village green cricket club. Stick anyone in with connections or who the owner likes. Moore was hired because it seems he was the nicest man.

Seems to be a running theme with recruitment at Vale. Always hearing about bloody values over ability. And that's not just Moore, just seems to be any comment about anybody ever at the club is about their values and personality over their ability to do the job they are paid to do.

Dosent need to be. Not difficult to tell the lads don’t drop 10 yards back and defend the edge of your box! It’s not difficult to make a sub that makes sense either!
