Rather it went on the team.  Buy better players as we have upped the wage matrix.  CEO (Matt Hancock) should be able to cover that role.  Then revisit the DoF when we are back in Div 1 or Championship. 

Oh yes you will be still saying we need DoF when we are out of the league due to no player budget big enough to get the players we actually need as the wage matrix is too low and they wont come to the club.

I don't think Darren Moore can leave if he wants to continue a career in management.

I'm sure I read somewhere he's won 5 games of football in his last 40 odd games as manager.

Just been relegated.

His stock is low.

His best plan now would be to lead us into the playoffs/promotion to rebuild his reputation.

If he stays, and we're not doing well in L2, gets sacked before Christmas, he's finished.

The reality is that he needs us and we need him right now.

We can't sack him without incurring more costs and who could we attract with better pedigree? We would also be at least in part blaming him for relegation, when others should shoulder the majority of the blame.

He can't leave as like you said, nobody is going to take a chance on him until he has restored his reputation.

I really think if he is given the overall say on how to spend the playing budget, he's backed with resources to get reasonable L2 players and we can wheel-and-deal some parts that haven't worked, he'll bring us back up. I think a lot of the damage has been purged in terms of structure, but we really have set ourselves back and it could take 2/3 years of consolidation to return. If we go down!

Then, someone else will try to get a tune out of the players Moore has signed. I hope not and he can turn us around. The purpose of a DoF is continuity when managers have such short periods at clubs. Just because we have a poor one does not make it a bad system. In the meantime, the Ceo will have to run the show.

Your contradicting yourself there the last DOF ,thought it was a good idea to load the sqaud with midfielders and defenders and no strikers were signed up hence we've  ended up in deep shyte and your saying ger another DOF in , nah invest that money into the first team squad , sorted

Carol isn’t so old that we need to be thinking about that. She could do another 20 years easy.
