I've got no problem with you per se, but its the constant barracking of Nathan Smith, the belief in every rumour, however unlikely it might be, and this odd belief that passion will get us into the Championship that frustrates me. Its got to be either his attitude or his fitness - but the fault really lies with the recruitment team who didn't scout that before he arrived. Gore will probably go down as one of the most pointless signings we've ever made.

Its not that though, I just can't understand why you have it in for him in particular when other players have been just as bad if not worse. Iacovitti and Debrah have been shambolic yet you don't go after them. You didn't go after Conlon when he was captain and clearly wasn't up to it. Smith has been poor this season, but no worse than some others, so why target him in particular? And for all the "people can think what they want", when you're putting in a post about an unfounded rumour you've heard about a fight on a coach and say "bet Ripley smashed Smith", it needs calling out because you don't know if its true and its saying you actively want our captain to get punched in the face. That's wrong.

I do actually wonder if, as unlikely as it sounds, he was signed based on his reputation and then when they saw him in training realised he wasn't up to it and sent him back - sums up our transfer policy if so.

Yet still contributed more when he was fit than Clark has!

Gibbons is better than Clark by a mile. Gibbons was consistently good while with us. Clark had a first good loan spell then been living off that reputation

The problem is most of it is either daft marks, match fixing allegations, believing ludicrous rumours, not understanding anything beyond "passion" in players or a manager and your ongoing efforts to move Nathan Smith up the CIA's High Value Target list!

From what Bowers has said on his twitter ages ago, the BBC don't hold the right to broadcast and EFL commentary online. Talksport have it, yet rarely do they actually do it. They have it just for the play offs so they can do full commentary on them.
