Went to - Montrose 4 Alloa 3 - today. My Scottish team is Montrose. I remembered how attacking play and good finishing works! I mean good finishing by both teams. Frankly it made me realise how poor we are in attack. 

But nonetheless, we still have a chance to stay up. Shrewsbury game needs to be won. Simple as that.

As I said a couple of weeks ago, we won't get to 40 points, 2nd from bottom is where we are heading.

I think we are down. Players not good enough. No balance to the side and no identity. Some players have thrown the towel in.

I'm hoping we see quite a bit of 'Contract Terminated by Mutual Consent' going on in the summer so we can try and recruit players that are decent and actually fit into what we will be trying to do 'football wise'.

So it appears we will now probably have to win 5 of our 6 remaining home games and nick a few points on the road !!! Good luck with that.

Bet 365 still being kind to us at 8/13 to go down, and have Fleetwood at 1/9.

As I said in the week if we don't beat Salop on Saturday close the book.

SUPRISED 365 only dropped us to the 8/13 from the 4/6 TBH.....

 

This is of course as we have a couple of games in hand on the likes of Shrewsbury. This is WHY I believe we still have a chance but that will have to start with a win v Shrewsbury next weekend....

I support your comments but the team looked devoid of confidence yesterday and appeared to have no fight in them; we aren’t down yet but it’s not looking great

We will finish 2nd from bottom, our squad isn’t good enough, too many players played out of their position, a manager who hasn’t got a clue who to play, and how to change tactics. I’m hoping Moore is useless at the moment because he does not know the players well enough and what their strengths are else we will have the same next season.

1 point out of 15 for Moore, we certainly would have picked up more points had Crosby stayed, especially with long term injured players coming back, we may well not have stayed up but we would have at least put up a fight. 
 

Season over, what are we going to do about the mistakes, correct them and push to get back up next season? I do hope Carol has had a change of heart since she wrote her open letter.
