Guppysleftleg could it be that conlon likes to pass the ball forward and not back and so doesn't really fit in to Crosby's plans ?

Devine intervention ,I can't see there being a clearout but you never know I guess .

If the manager can't motivate the players for every match he's in the wrong job

There may have been too many clear outs already. Player turnover is necessary to keep improving the squad but too much causes connections to be lost and costs money which reduces the budget for players.

To me it says that we are what our record says we are - a middling team in the division ultimately. Sometimes capable of giving a bloody nose to teams and just as likely to be on the receiving end. It's a pretty mediocre league across the board though so it's not just us.

I personally think Cass could have had a role if nothing else as a more defensive minded wingback than Massey who clearly doesn't fancy that side of the game. If we are going to be thinly stretched in midfield due to injuries then I'm not sure why we are freezing Conlon out either.

Agree with the Cass & Conlon comments, when we are short of numbers these two should be earning their wages irrespective if they are part of a long term plan or not.

Nippy,do you not think the players should be self motivating?

Only 2 players in the Vale Team at Carlisle who were with the Vale last New Year.

Losing was bad enough but conceding a goal in the final minutes of a game was the kicker.

Again!!!!!!

AC really does have a problem closing out a game… Stevenage twice in one game.

Having sobered up and slept on it I still think exactly the same about it. Absolutely rubbish and completely unacceptable.

When are they talking to the fans again? Please talk to us.

This is a completely feel to what we have seen before

This doesn’t make any sense.  What’s a “completely feel”?  Had you been on the dust again?
