Lightweight throughout the team barring Uche who is not really a footballer. You could see it coming, time and again we do this. Get some strength and height in the midfield and defence. Our team on the pitch at the end of the match wouldn't win a game in this division

Thats the problem. " The team on the pitch at the end " I am not a Crosby fan but we need to blame the players within the club first and foremost. There is no other choice is there.

We ended with Garrity limping off and Devine limping on the pitch for the last 10 mins.

Balmer, Grant, Iacovetti, Massey, Dipeppa Subs that didnt help us at all today. Grant and Massey have been shown up by two ' kids ' in the last three games.

Conlon and Cass must be on way out but i feel there was a place for them on the bench for the last few games. Crosby and the team obviously think we dont need them. While they are our players, they should play for us.

100% effort from Uche today but wow what a poor footballer he is. His shot or final pass is shocking almost everytime. No Loft but cannot really moan about that. Wilson, shows how much we need him.

Smith back but he is showing he is nowhere near good enough

Thank goodness for Ripley, Garrity and Wilson

The performance wasn’t that bad. We played some good attacking stuff and the lead was deserved. I thought Uche was nearly as good as the Blackpool game and the real issue was the criminal defending. I just don’t think they work together. Smith is a poor communicator and there is little cohesiveness of management of the defense. He is a real senior pro now and should be leading by example not looking sorry for himself.

I think we need to bring in some experience in the window. Otherwise we could easily go on another dire run.

I knew you would respond as you're literally one of the people I'm talking about. If we're relegated you'll still be coming out with the same crap.

Fact is it’s 6 points. We are being dragged into a relegation battle.

Without strengthening the team in Jan with ' league 1 players ' we ARE in a relegation fight. Our squad is poor and two or three key players out and we are borderline good enough to stay up.

Must have a commanding centerback

Must have a left wingback

Trouble is we were told that Jan is the wrong time to spend money. I think we will be happy to sign a couple of loan players and hope we have enough to hold on to div 1 status

there all as bad as each other. No stand outs. Smith has struggled at league 1 level, jesse come from non league so it's a big step up ( i get your point about giving him time ), lowe is closing in on retirement his passing is so poor at times & he's too slow & can't win header, Balmer let's not go there, the yak is as clumsy as they come & as bad as smith on the ball, Jones has disappeared, Cass too lightweight & also gone missing. It's come to something when i actually feel Jones is our best centre half right now & we don't know where he is & he's not great either 😂 We've all been slamming the forwards recruitment but when you actually look at our defence & the signings it's no wonder we can't defend

Yes, the defence has cost us a shed load of points. I think it must be a priority to sort out ASAP in this window. Balmer is appalling. He's deluded on the ball and thinks he's a good passer and dribbler as well as bring not good enough as a defender.

Absolute garbage from Bing . From selection to substitutions to game management. The bloke is inept needs to go tonight after that u10s management performance

He’s picked the team that beat Blackpool 3-0.  Rightly so in my view.  We’ve lost Debrah to injury so he’s bought on Yak.  He then took off the 2 young lads who were struggling and bought on 2 experienced players at HT.  We then begin playing well and score a well worked goal.  Wilson then goes off having begun to influence the game, either because he’s injured again or, more likely, can’t complete the game due to lack of fitness, and we have no other available striker other than a young lad who works hard but can’t impact the game as JW was doing.  They bring on 2 attacking subs and the game swings back in their favour.  Garrity has to go off seemingly injured straight after they equalise and again we don’t really have a decent replacement so we rejig with Balmer at the back and Lowe moving into midfield.  Subsequently Devine gets a knock and has to play on because we’ve used our subs.  The fact they score a late winner I don’t think can be blamed on Crosby’s subs or tactics in this game.

He has to learn his trade somewhere. Maybe just like JR did. Rudge didn't always get it right and was very close to the sack until a certain cup game came along.

The bottom line is Vale haven't got a fanbase which provides a demand to get the best players and managers in...never have had. Carol is happy to run the club as a business but the progress of the club financially doesn't depend a lot on whether Vale win games...in the league anyway...and the ST money is already factored in....what is there to gain...the DOF is earning a great wage as are the players...and in May they will be off on their 'well deserved' summer hols

Why does he have to learn his trade somewhere? Not everyone is cut out to be a manager. Crosby is a prime example.

Got to disagree there. We really created barely anything all game. Were lucky not to be behind at half time. And then sat back on the lead and got what we deserved.

I agree regarding Uche, if he holds the ball up like he did today I’m fine with him as he creates space for others and gets us up the pitch.

Sorry but that’s rubbish. We sat so deep for the last 30 mins it was unreal, regardless of what subs we made. That’s a tactical decision. Also - you said with Garrity we don’t really have a replacement. I’d argue Conlon could’ve come on, but that’s also a decision by the ‘manager’ to not even have him on the bench. The loss is entirely on Crosby.

Would we have lost if Debrah and Garrity had not got crocked. No.

That's a fair defence. I have to be reasonable about it.

Yeh I agree. Crosby let that bloke have a free header for the winner. Should have marked him better.

I’m talking crap but what about you?  Your mood swings are up and down like a prozzers draws.  We won the previous game, life is good and then you start wetting your knickers 48 hours later.  Calm down. 👍🏻

Who was it that brought Balmer onto the pitch? Even though we know he’s a liability and has proven it time and time again.

I hate hearing would we have lost if they have not got injured, no one knows, what we know is that we lost to a rubbish side again.  Would we have won against Wigan if Chislett had not scored with a massive deflection, would we have gone on and beat Blackpool if Jake Beesley who always does well against us not got injured early in the game or if Ripley had not made a couple of great saves at nil nil and one nil.
