Don’t agree with the Harblaster comments - for most of second half Vale’s tactics were to pass it back to Ripley for 60 yard long ball up field - completely bypassing the midfield.  What is he supposed to do with the long ball over his head tactic?

fair point, he set some heights with his performances early on so always going to be difficult stay at that standard week in week out, He's looked a little tired to me he's pretty much played every minute for us so far in the league maybe that's a factor. I'm not saying he's been poor by any means

Cass on bench as cover for RWB and CB, Chislett sits this one out but available from bench as is Thomas and Loft  maybe Waters &  Shorrock also on bench

 I wouldn't leave Chislett out...... he can rest on Tuesday (Mansfield) as he's suspended for that game, I think.
