Yes, ok, there's a slight lack of cover in a couple of positions, but I still get a bit excited by the number of technically gifted, young, mobile players in our squad right now. I think we should unleash as many as possible from the start today, liquid football.

Look at the gorgeous-ass symmetry in that formation, think of the triangles, the mobility, the interchanges. Ooof! Bamboozle them with that for an hour, then hit them round the head with the pace and power of Thomas, Garrity and Massey, with Grant (if he's fit) to ping some balls into the mixer while they're disorientated. 💪

Oxford will want and have a lot of the ball today so think we'll see more of a Blackpool away team - ceding ground in certain areas but aiming to be compact in deep.

Crosby loves Massey for this sort of game as he's a very good presser and makes pretty decent decisions. His first touch is just non-league.
