With the players missing from a football perspective I wouldn't be too upset!

IF (if) its called off then it will give a bit of breathing room to get Wilson & Harrison fit in time for the rearranged game (when ever it may be).We 'might' even have signed  a player / players by then  and they will have had more time to settle in at the club.(Same could go for Morcambe though)

I'd much rather of played tomorrow whatever team we had out , in front of 1000 plus noisy fans, than not being able to go the re-arranged game in front of 372 away fans on a Tuesday night !!!

I know people have concerns about player safety but I bloody hate games being called off because of pitches frozen/logged, who gives a <ovf censored>. It's the same for both teams, makes players have to use their heads a bit more like lifting the ball on a muddy pitch etc. Just crack the hell on,

The pictures on the official Morecambe site show covers on the pitch so they obviously had no effect.

Depends on how good the covers are.If they are like Vales covers they are not brilliant.Just basically frost covers and even then limited to how much protection they give. There has been lots of rain recently so the pitch will be soaked.Frost covers dont protect the pitch from rain.
