Stockport play Shrewsbury in the other game in our group an utterly pointless dead rubber which to me shows the group system to be flawed .

But of course it's all about the money and pampering to the under 21's so they get 3 games at least .

Be interesting to see the crowd in that game

This will about as pointless as an international friendly.

Really not bothered if we win 5-0, lose 5-0 or draw. I would play as close to the youth team as possible for this. If we need to start with players from Saturday then make five subs after 10 seconds.

Agree we should be playing as many youth team players as possible for this. Tommy Mc, Derek Agyakwa, James Plant, Rhys Walters, Jack Shorrock, Festus Chale. Get them in and get them some first team experience.

How much is it for this game might pop up ok its a nothing game but gives players chance stake a claim .
The likes of Robinson are knocking on that door they have got be as anyone on that right of the 3 at the back put anyone through on goal any game this season cause this lad did it 3 times in the game v Stockport alone .
Plenty of ways of winning football games and if your right side player as the ability be a lower league Trent Alexandra Arnold you nurture and unleash it on unsuspecting league one sides .
Robinson and Mcdermott are in my opinion unfortunate to be out the first team 18 you cannot count first few games of season we were still getting up to speed they offer something so why not give them another go i would would you ?
