Vale with have a better squad than them going into the new season.

Taylor going is a blow to me. I think he's so talented. Martin going makes sense. He'll boss it at that level.

The one thing I can't stand is people losing it over the lack of signings. Just because we're a bit bored shouldn't mean the management team spunk all their budget on Dom Telford. Just chill. They sell more bongs than beers in Burslem these days, so head down there and relax.

Will Jake Taylor and his family not be welcomed back at Vale Park in the future?!..........there are specific mentions on their leaving articles on the official website for Gibbons and Martin (and maybe Amoo?) stating that they will be welcome back, but the gesture is absent on the Taylor one.

(this is a tongue-in-cheek comment, before some of the mardarses on here start welling up and getting all irate! 🥲 😆 )

It’s alright saying we have a settled 11 ect still x amount of time. But I think some are forgetting this is the next league up. Signings will come but I do think they need to be sooner rather than later so the squad can settle, I don’t want fleetwood to come and we still have only Wilson and proctor up top, Worrall at RWB and Stone in nets. I do get the feeling that Taylor wasn’t like by Clarke and co. 

He was poor so I'm only stating facts and I did also say it isn't his normal role and that he had been out injured for a considerable amount of time. I was also speculating that his replacement will probably be more physical and used the Rovers game as an example because there will be more games like that in League 1.

So far we've let Covolan go for the season when I don't think he'd have made any starts for us 

Gibbo and Taylor played really well in the playoffs but their injury records aren't great and I expect neither would have started.

Hurst was nowhere near the first team,Martin wouldn't have started and we got fees for both 

We have enough players for the bench at least!

Ojo and Cass in,Holden may be offered a deal. The squad is settled,plenty of time in this transfer window. The club are planning to look after home fans in future with better facilities in the Hamil End.

It's seems a normal Friday night banter. Listening to the video Taylor wanted out. Martin has gone back home and Mad Covs out on loan....

Looking at our current squad and the injury history with some of our better players, we certainly need some better quality players and soon.

I'd imagine he's taken a paycut if anything, on the promise of first team football. They've sold less than 2,500 season tickets and over half of those are £150.
