The first part is easy, however they are seeking to sign players that can hopefully also do the second, and most importantly third part which is why it is taking a little longer

I cant see them unveiling anyone at the forum BUT they might say something about expecting incomings in time for Saturday.

It's obvious like DC said we  have missed out on some targets but so do ALL other clubs,we are not alone in that. What i will say is that even our plan C and D under these owners and our current  management will be far better than our plan A's over some previous seasons
