Synectic`s owner statement

Recommended Posts

All the information regarding synetics and their local work in the community is out there in the open

Regarding the installments it was normans idea as already stated and benificial to both parties

There are only one party who keep moving the goal posts here

I'd suggest to anyone go and speak to Norman if you can find him and then carol you'll find the difference startling

Out of interest I don’t think it’s ever been released who specifically is behind Black and Gold as they normally state ‘we’ in statements and there is nothing on their website to detail the individuals driving the campaign but isn’t there anyone from that group that has money that could chip in to help SS?

Just an idea.CS has stated the ground should belong to the fans. Why not fans chipping in to get the deal over the line to then have something to show for their donations.ie The Ground.Who would be up for that?Or does the pot only run to scarves and red cards?V2001 raised 1m+.I believe a similar idea has already been put forward..

1. If they can, why haven;t they?

This has been answered so many times, by so many people.

1. It was Norman's idea.

2. It benefits the club as it leaves money available to invest into the club in the short term. Surely all Vale fans would want that?

I don't understand why Vale fans are so keen for Smurthwaite to get all of the money upfront.

That doesn't make sense, in fact it's down right daft. If it means paying him off so he retains no interest in the club then of course you'd pay up front. They'd wouldn't give a penny until they were satisfied with the books etc. and it wouldn't be protecting anything as they'd still be contractually bound to pay.

This making stuff up to fit an argument is just getting silly now.

Smurthwaite has had £50k each off several parties interested in buying the club, so you certainly do pay to look at the books.

I wonder why they've all either walked away or been rejected?

Far more value in doing something like that to secure the ground forever than buying scarves and red cards. I’d chip in.

Do any of Black & Gold have any real money to chip in to assist SS though was my original question as from the outside it appears they don’t have names and faces in the public domain?

It's difficult to understand why people should be concerned about synectics running Vale at this moment in time..... they haven't offered any hard plans yet to judge..... they haven't bought it yet... they have simply made a couple of offers that have been rejected.

As for fans donations..... if it goes into Smurfs pocket no.... not a bloody penny... if after synectics has been successful and they want to sell the ground to a supporters trust at a reasonable price.... MAYBE

Not at all, form an alliance which I think is SS’s best way forward if they can’t currently manage to buy the club outright at an agreeable price. As long as people aren’t as bent as Billy Bratt and all the cowboys from all forms of V2001 it might just work.

However let’s be honest without lots of millions we will be here in a couple of years with whoever the new owners are as they won’t have the dosh to take us forward.

What do you thing the price would rise to, say, if The Shanahans teamed up with Ian Donaldson and submitted a £3.5M joint bid, cash up front. Do you think he'd accept? Or would the price now become £4.5M. Or £5.5M?

Why would anyone "chip in" to meet an over inflated price for a business?... absolute madness.

The scarves and flags offer the average fan an opportunity to show their displeasure of something they have limited control over.... without taking out a second mortgage to feed a slug more lettuce.
