This is the first game I have been to since Aspin left. The team were properly organised in defence and attack, the fitness level was higher enabling pressing and closing down, the confidence was much higher enabling us to play on the deck and with creativity round the edge of the box. One to one battles were won with players actually doing the right thing in one to one situations.

 

Brown save was very important and Mansfield defence and keeper obviously had metaphorical suicide in their DNA which was lucky as well.

 

But overall this was a big step up. Well done our new men in charge and team.

He's like a kid who can dish it out but can't take it. Some of the stuff he's said about the players on here has been disgusting.
