16th minimum by the end of the season for me. Add two to the team this window who improve us, a left back and a striker to partner Pope.

He needs an assistant even if its an older manager, who wants take a step back but can still offer alot of advice and support. Someone with league experiance.

For me, mid table,safe enough near the end to not be looking down, more consistent displays, players performing to potential,played in position! ( oh and pope not throwing his arms around all the time and moaning it’s everyones fault he’s not scoring!)

Finish lower mid table, play better football, recruit some quality instead of quantity.

My expectations are not very high, I'm resigned to a period of mediocrity and survival,we have an owner who is not interested in the football club and we have a cautious manager.
