I completely understand why people choose to stay away i just dont think boycotting works when the PL give the EFL millions of pounds to allow the teams to enter. If there was another way then i would stand side by side with you. The post about my daughter was just to show that for a game like this when the opponents are you local rivals peiple will just take their mates so for everyone that boycotts someone else will turn up...

I have no problem with people choosing to stay away - entirely free to choose - but I do think calling people scum and scabs if they choose to attend is totally uncalled for.

How strange, Little old port vale of no significance to the ex-prem prawn sandwich brigade , in the last few years we couldn't be any further apart yet here we have a reserve fixture of no importance yet they want more tickets and are gagging for it - How the so called mighty have fallen that they see this fixture sooo glamourous and a must see game, you really have to laugh its hilarious they must have missed us & proper football all along.

 

They think they are a big club this shows actually how small (and minded )they are , bigger than us yes but still small perhaps their true level after the over achievement of their recent history.

 

This game has no bearing on anything they must be creaming themselves at the next reserve /sentinel cup or equivalent fixture.

Sadly the EFL have got exactly what they want from this fixture. 4000 Stoke fans and I see now a lot of Valiants determined to go to save the club from embarrassment. A 8-9000 crowd is just what the doctor ordered for the Checkatrade and many L1 and 2 supporters will be looking on in disappointment.

It shouldn't be an embarrassment?Not everybody sees the game as important as their lot do.

They haven't beaten us at Vale Park for 25 years and they are obviously desperate to get one over on us.

However,I'm pleased we will get close to 6,000 for a reserve game.UTV.

Smurf rubbing his hands thinking of the money he can take out of Vale and put in his pocket. Sounds like it could be in the region of 7K fans match. 6K of them sjoke fans.

 

I can understand him saying if we don't open another end, then sjoke fans will get in the Vale end. He wont win this one. It would be better if he actually said the money raised will go to the manager to buy a couple of quality players.
