Relegation: Morecambe or Barnet

Who would you rather went down; Barnet or Morecambe?

Rather it be Barnet but think it will be Morecambe based on the fixtures. Chesterfield won’t win two in a week will they ?

Not that bothered but Morecambe is a much better and shorter away trip with a few decent pubs, the superb Midland Hotel and a pleasant sea front whereas Barnet is a tip with no pubs within a mile of the ground and none decent at that. The only plus point for me is one of my lads lives in London and it's the only do-able game on the tube from his house, if Barnet go there's no away trips in the London area next season.

I'm hoping Morecambe stay up as well. It's just a nicer place somehow...

Personally I quite like it when non league clubs survive, especially proper non league teams like Barnet and Morecambe, as it shows what can be achieved with good management.

 

Barnet have proved that they can get back in, but if Morecambe go I fear it may be the last we see of them as a league team.

 

But, I think the crooked Spireites will want to take Barnet with them, so I don’t see Barnet winning.

 

But of course I could be wrong !

Barnet - the Houdini's of the football league, having escaped on the last day of the season three times in a row. My guess is they'll do it again, especially with Mad Dog in charge. Not bothered really which of them goes down as long as Tranmere come back up - proper league club who'll bring a fair few with them next time we play 'em at Vale Park. C'mon you Superwhites!

More seriously, I enjoyed my trip to Morecambe and they run on to 'Bring me Sunshine'.

I was disappointed the fixture computer gave us Morecambe on a Tuesday night. If they can sort it out that we play them away on a Saturday and they can open the terrace behind the goal as well for us next season then I'd want them to stay up.

Prefer Morecambe to Barnet but would take Chesterfield over both of them, sadly not to be.

Must be better educated and more aware of the consequences than the xenophobes of Stoke then. Can't see why that should influence why they should be relegated or not.
