Thank you for that pathetic, lightweight jumped up response.

I don't think you'd call it lightweight or jumped up if you were knifed or mugged whilst admiring the anti Trump balloon flying over the Mothers of Parliament.

Apparently he turns up at meetings with paperwork.
That's very unfair on David Davis, since this government are committed to reducing the deficit there isn't any room for wasting public money on a biro and a notepad for the minister supposedly negotiating the Brexit deal with the EU team. Dave couldn't afford to buy his own from his meagre salary and because he hadn't got a pen he couldn't claim any through his expenses form.

Luckily Dominic Raab comes from a well off family and his mum's bought him some stationary and a stocked pencil case as a present for getting his promotion to the cabbage patch.

Now Fat Boris has stuck another knife into School Ma'am Theresa. A party full of rats if ever there was one. Johnson thinks about Johnson first, second and last.

I reckon he must think Theresa May has had it so he's positioning himself for a leadership bid. He's after being PM, he's always wanted it no matter what he has to do to get it, including shagging the country. I hope he falls flat on his fat face, another man who puts his own self interest way above the national interest.

Jacko - Once again your assunptions are way off. How was I supposed to know you were talking about a 2 year old headline in a discussion about last Saturdays DM? How? By the same token you ask me a question on another post which you admit was directed at the DM, not to me.

Please be clearer.

Sorry, jimbo. I made the assumption that you would have understood the reference to Enemies of the People in view of the massive fuss it created at the time and with you being a Mail reader. In future I will make no assumptions about what you know.

Another “pathetic” response.

I thought the purpose of the referendum was to heal the divisions and unite the party. That’s working well!!

What a shambles.

Seeing Brexit through will be a disaster for the country, stopping it will be a disaster for the Tory party.

Nobody wants to own any of the outcomes but they're all happy to stand on the fringes, tyre kicking.

These people are unfit to govern, irrelevant of anyone's political beliefs. They're incredibly selfish and incompetent. They're ruining the country and don't seem to acknowledge it or even care.

The sooner another general election the better.

I still can't quite put my finger on what it is that people dislike about Sadiq Khan. The amount of ad hom attacks he gets in the press, it's almost as though there's a subtext to them all, a dog whistle maybe, but exactly what I'm not quite sure.

probably his statement that knife attacks are an acceptable part of inner city life wouldn't have endeared him to many people.

Sorry, jimbo, I thought you would realise I was talking about the edition following the decision of the law lords which was some months ago and led to a considerable number of complaints to the Press Standards body. I was also pleased that you had agreed with their ruling that the decision about triggering Article 50 should be left you your elected MP and the Houses of Parliament. You must therefore agree that Enemies of the People was an appalling headline in the circumstances.

not as appalling as one of the senior law lords who just happens to have his firm based in the eu withdrawing due to a conflict of interest.

You are correct. But should we be surprised since Ted Heaths time Tory leaders have been got rid off By the Anti EU right wing. They want total cut off from the EU, they will not be satisfied with any agreement. And as a matter of interest does anyone know where the Labour Party stand.
