Is that true?

How do you know?

We had £2 mil debt in 2016(from a debt free club) its now £4 mil the other company shows a credit hence transferred creating debt from the club to a 2nd company..we are now in greater debt £4 mil which is also about the 80k per month norman was supposedly putting in meaning he hasn't put his hand in his pocket = the probable assumption what would your prognosis be?

Also the fact Norman was classed as a director to wildes group company with the occupation as a independent financial adviser not the MD or owner..

prove me wrong and I will apologise

We owe £3m in directors loans to Smurthwaite. That's his money that he's put in. I don't know where you are getting bank loans from?

Correct he loaned money from his other companies to buy the club.

Then he paid it back to his other companies leaving the club 4m in debt.I don't think he has as much money as he makes out as his companies do not really produce any money and the only employees are family members.

It does give him the chance to do some clever accounting moving money between his companies and squirelling money away from non footballing parts of the club.

Am I correct in thinking the council have a preservation order on the ground and land preventing him from using or selling it to developers. But I suppose the council would have to look at this if the worst was to happen than let it stand derelict. The land is also riddled with mine shafts and due to other derelict land in Burslem would not be attractive to developers.

Getting confused now.He loaned money from his other companies and didn’t borrow from the bank?

He is owed directors loans which is debt set against vale as debt hence not money he has put in but lent against/taken from the club -tell me how you rack up £4mil of debt in a tenure as short as his in a company any employed director would be fired -

You have to ask if pvfc is such a bad business why doesn't he sell for £1,5 mil keep the, hugill money, keep the Alnwick money, keep the grant money, keep the £250k money for looking at the books, keep the money for page-why doesn the sell and live happily ever after --I will tell you why cause he is making money to the detriment of the club which he is entitled to do as its his company but not one condusive to a successful one

Regal you haven't disproved anything merely highlighted it

No, my source also tells me that he will be 'going away' soon because he actually rigged the US election instead of the Russians.

Petty points scoring.

All this is the minutia surrounding the fact that Port Vale are in serious danger of being relegated from the football league under the watch of Norman.

An owner so far out of his depth that the club is going backwards at a scary rate. An owner whose pathetic ego won’t allow him to do the right thing and walk away... he is trading a community club with a strong history and legacy for his own perception of business success. It makes me sick.

And when all you have to crow about is that someone used the word ‘bank’ when describing a loan then it just looks like pathetic facetious point scoring which avoids the main issue. You should be ashamed.

Banger of a post.

The line about him trading us for his perception of business success is the best way I've seen the situation described.

Have you actually read that crap before you posted it? You dine out on shame.
