I'd go as far as to say that Askey would be a woeful, even disgraceful, appointment.....I therefore fully expect Smurthwaite to give him the job any day now!

 

Its simply a case of 'Smurthy Smurthy cheap cheap' every bleeding time!

All it would take would be for smurfy baby to come on here ams allay fears by telling us that Askey is a no go and money wont be an object, and an appointment was imminent. In my eyes, the longer the search goes on, the more stuck in the relegation quagmire we will get.

It isn't a question of hate - it's more a question of love. Love for Port Vale, and we would love Norman to retire to somewhere pleasant and warm and at least 1000 miles away and never have anything to do with Vale again, selling to proper owners.
