While I'm not to excited by these recent signings and have my worry for the next season , I won't judge and will back the lads as long as they wear the shirt with pride and give it a go unlike some of the players we have had over the years. Hope everyone is ready for some Hoofball next season and wingers blasting the ball to Popey and big Tyrone , But if it gets us results and points then i'm all for it .

You bell end Yukon, get over it pal. It is a personal opinion , which is what this country is about isn't it? Freedom of speech .

If your opinion is that's it's okay to slag off a Vale player without seeing him play for the club, on the day he signs then my opinion is your opinion doesn't count.

What a top Vale fan you are, well done you.

Very Good Signing. On his day head and shoulders above this league if you can keep him on the straight and narrow. Watched him play against us with Macclesfield and Crawley and caused us no end of problems, and he scored!! He can also jump and head the ball. His jump is higher than anybody I have seen!!

Higher than Reggie!?! To be fair Reg seemed to get shorter when he jumped!

As has been said before, it's all about getting them some service now.

Contrary to 99% of people on here I thought that it might have been worth persevering with Reg for another 12 months. Yes, I know his weaknesses, but he scored a few goals for us and made a few cameo appearances from the subs' bench. I was hoping he might have progressed and been an asset in this league but it wasn't to be.

Cue, howls of derisory laughter.

I concur.

He was more effective than Forester and Turner last season.

There is a good player in Forrester. He had a tough time with injuries and also lost his dad.

Hopefully a full pre-season and he will be a good player for us. From glimpses he knew where the back of the net was.

I agree with both there. Aerial abiliy aside, Reg had decent control and could finish. With a bit of direction he'd be ok. As for Forrester, before he got injured he looked like he might eat L1 up.
