Chris herd has been released by gillingham , always thought he was good at right back, given Yates injuries and purkiss lack of form last year perhaps he's worth a gamble?

 

The same Chris Herd that has only played 40 games since 2014 due to injuries? Makes Jerome Thomas look like he's made of granite!

So up to yet Pope Pugh and the youth team we have left .

The excitement is just to much .

We have players who earning good money who r running there contracts down has Brown said whether they r part of his plans or not ? .

If not do the decent thing and leave .

As for potential signings then the quicker they come the quicker there fitness level can be up to championship level as thats what level i expect them be at as after endless excuses last season thats the least id expect.

A bit like Perreira & Shalaj in my opinion - never did much good or bad when used. You've got to assume when he did play it was a throw of the dice by Bruno or Brown, just hoping he might pull off something unexpected.

 

You can't blame him for coming, but at least we've paid him off and if he's agreed to a severance package then he should be thanked for doing so. He could have sat tight and counted the dough.
