I feel sorry for the lad. Out of all the imports he's stood out as almost the only one capable of playing for 90 minutes and impressing both Bruno and Brown.

I'm really sorry for him and hope he can return to fitness asap.

I'd really like to see him score his first goal for us and hope that he remains here for a bit longer.

Actually like ADF, if given a bit of freedom he's a decent player. Wasted sitting deep.

 

Buzzing for Mikey Brown to install himself in centre mid and promote an under 15 youth player over any of the other foreign legion.

Rotten news. ADF has been the most successful of the Bruno Brigade and I'd like to see him stay at the club long term, I think he has plenty to offer and his attitude is right.

 

However, as Sage says, at least we've got cover in midfield - or should have!

He never really had a regular run in the team until Brown came in, and since then he's been one of our more consistent players in an admittedly poor squad. He looked excellent at Scunthorpe in a midfield 3 and license to go forward. He does his job and works hard, and seems to give a **** about the club, which is far more than can be said than most of our current players.

Point taken entirely and like you I've also been banging on about our woeful midfield four all season long.

 

But I do think he has a bit of potential and energy and he's better than all the other midfield imports. How many have any of our midfield scored?

And as I say he can be replaced. Streete can't.

Doesn't score goals. Doesn't create chances. Doesn't protect the back four.

Having a good engine and running around a lot doesn't make him a good player.

From what I've seen of him he's garbage and quite frankly we are clutching at straws.

He's a hard worker who tries gamely and is better than a lot of the other players brought in from abroad. He isn't far off but he isn't quite there yet. If he was a footballer on a video game, you'd say he holds down the run button a bit too much.
