Lack of good players coming in when we lose Alnwick and Grant may well seal our relegation come the end of the season.

 

You may well be right but the root cause of this has been the disastrous Bruno experiment by a chairman who has proved he knows little or nothing about football. All this has been completely avoidable. I hope I'm wrong but we looks certs for the drop on this form.

It partly is his fault. He signed a few of these lads it's his tactics his team selection his subs. It was bloody **** again. I bet he's got a worse record than Bruno as manager!

Attacking wise, very little has changed since Bruno. We might have better forward players but, to all intents and purposes, they are so far apart that Walker is isolated.

 

Oh for a strike partnership ala Foyle and Naylor, Brooker and McPhee.

You have no idea if money was available or not, you don't know if he didn't woork fast enough, Alex Jones was lost because we didn't match or beat Bradford's terms.

 

Get him gone get someone who knows what they are doing in before its too late.

 

Whomever is appointed is a risk, we're seeing the aftermath of Bruno and no money available in Jan transfer window, "The almighty" is there is one would have difficulty turning this around.

Just noticed that Mansfield won again today - that's 9 wins and 3 draws in the 16 games since they appointed Steve Evans last November. Can't stand the guy but it just shows the benefits of appointing an experienced manager. It was always going to be a big ask to expect Brown to stop the rot especially now since we've sold two of our best players. One win in six is really worrying.

So what's your plan? Stick with an inexperienced manager & watch us drop.

 

No caretaker manager in the world gets the job with one win in 6.
