Is he still training at the club to regain fitness ?

 

i know smurf said no in the past but surely after recent results he might be tempted to offer something short term ?

 

Personally think start of last season with Enoch in the side we looked the most dangerous.

That's why he needs be training with us and playing reserve games so we can see if he can reach his previous level.

I've saw him there training there a couple of weeks ago when I nipped down one day to watch them. He didn't seem to be involved in the main stuff, just a bit of running and passing thats all.

I don't think he is the answer right now unfortunately, we have several players who have potential but are currently not match fit. We need players that are match fit and up to speed with league 1.

Agreed. We went out and bought a lot of players with not only little experience in English football, but their own leagues too. Add that lot to a squad with a good half dozen or more coming through the ranks and we end up with a squad who have a lot of players that need experience.

Just because someone doesn't have a lot of assists or goals, doesn't mean they don't do a lot on the pitch though. He was very dangerous, won loads of free kicks & gave us a creative outlet that we definitely missed once he was injured.

 

Not saying he was the finished article but he looked very promising & I'd take him (if fit) over half of the current lot we've got now. Think we should at least get him in proper training anyway if possible.

Enoch occupied defenders... imagine Enoch and Thomas on either flank for us... would be hard to double up on both thus making more space elsewhere to exploit.

I'm with you on that. I hope the spat between agent and Norman hasn't soured the relationship in any way.

 

If he could regain fitness I reckon he could be a real asset but the key word there is "could".

 

Let's hope so for both player and club.
