This will take weeks to organise......another stalling tactic this should have been done in January and if Bill Lodey has anything to do with it and its similar to tha AGM it will be this time next year when the result is announced.

The play offs will be thier lottery win. If we did fail achieving this then i am sure MO would be in.

Over 800 Port Vale shareholders have already made their opinions known on:

 

the bid by Mo Chaudry

the ability of the board to bring in investment to the club

the suspension the 24.9% maximum shareholding rule.

 

The results will be posted to shareholders on Wednesday.

 

A further statement will be made on Thursday.

Whilst proberly a stalling tactic, it does show what the fans can achieve. A couple of months ago Mo had got absolutely no chance, with comments like "over my dead body". However it proves what good work the Black and Gold guys, the likes of Bede, Tim, Tony, NLV and all the protestors have done, as well as the professionalism of Leagle Beagle on here.

If anything this should give everybody a lift and prove the protests are achieving something and instead of letting apathy win, we need to really step up the protests now.

This is CLEARLY a stalling tactic..last week they tried to do this and were vetoed by Jackson. Now that they've realised that they can use it as a defence to stay in power for a little while longer, they've employed it.

If I was able to go to games, I'd be in a box every sodding game, with my scarf, banners, and pig masks, and believe me I'd cause real trouble. For those lucky enough to be able to attend, make it hell for them!

 

LB will end up smashing his fist through his computer monitor when he reads about the board's latest move, and I don't blame him!

 

As you say, smokescreen tactics, I would hope we are now in control in calling an EGM, LB/MC also have thier plans. If the board were serious they would have called the EGM that MC called for.

Do you really think they are interested in what the fans think?

This will have no purpose other than to play for time. I've always said that PJ and BB will go WHEN they are ready to. Trust me, they are hoping to drag this along to the end of the season where they are hoping we make it to the play-offs. Fan apathy will keep this Board in situ.

What's the point of this poll? This is just to gauge the feeling of the shareholders? So it is not the board actually recommending the bid.

 

And if the poll shows overwhelming support for Mo, do they then put it to the shareholders and we do the vote a second time?
