I really can see this turning out nasty. The hatred will continue and justifiably so. No answers, that make sense, no info for months, leaving early, who is in control. Answer nobody. This will have no purpose other than to play for time. I've always said that PJ and BB will go WHEN they are ready to. Trust me, they are hoping to drag this along to the end of the season where they are hoping we make it to the play-offs. Fan apathy will keep this Board in situ.

 

Thats what I was trying to get at. Several people have been stating they felt the protests were not achieving anything, however I feel the pressure is now mounting. We really need to step it up now, as we cannot allow the apathy to win.

thankfully NLV have stolen their thunder with their excellent work. of course the board will say the register is not up to date, it will however give a very good feel amongst the owners of the club how they feel

If nlv call a egm after there results,could vale stall it by saying they are waiting for.there poll results? And i bet you,there votes will be in favour of the board! Its blatently obvious it will happen. No chance will it b independant. Wudnt trust them as far as i cud throw em.

 

No as long as it is called by a sufficient number of shareholders then they can not stop it.

This is not the Board "recommending the bid to the shareholders" and they have failed to meet the deadline so the terms of original bid nolonger stands and it is not calling the EGM promised many months ago at the AGM.

This is just a delaying tactic and with V2001 will take months...it is also done to try and discredit the NLV poll which has already done this poll with results out early tommorrow morning.

Finally dependent on questions asked and the methodology used along with

the right organisation for hire the results will suit the agenda of those who pay for the survey.....and as Bratt still hasn't confirmed which reputable firm has put their reputation on the line with that nonesense revaluation

it must be assumed that Bratt made this up in perhaps the biggest bare face lie to the shareholders to date.

Forgot to add in all this that even if Mudie was the Broxap representative

which was withdrawn in october and therefore Mudie is nolonger a Director

there is still no evidence that Mudie ever had the Broxap proxy.
