I shall still be going and looking forward to it, just a shame it a Bank Holiday weekend with no football on the Monday though. It's been a while since I've been to Peterborough and may be a few more years before I get the chance again so will be making the most of it before the summer break.

Won't we finish 12th if that is the case, unless I am missing something obvious? We are 10th now, and if 2 more teams finish above us, we will finish twelfth.

Got my ticket. Last match and last time no doubt to see a few of our lads in a Vale shirt.

 

OK, so it's an end of season "nothing" of a game but it's still Vale and we will have withdrawal symptoms after for a while until the new season, so looking forward to a good day out and chance to say thanks to the team for a really good effort in Division 1. Be nice if we got a good turnout to show Peterborough that it will be us in their position next season!!!

I'm going up to get my ticket in abit. Should be a decent day out, but I aren't expecting many going.

I've looked at the table and can only see 4 teams that could get above us - Walsall, Bristol City, Crawley and Oldham. That's assuming that Oldham and Crawley win their games in hand on Tuesday and win again on Saturday. However, Crawley then play Bristol City on Saturday so they can't both jump above us.... as far as I can work out (because of our large minus GD) the lowest we can finish would be 13th.

And that's all assuming we lose!

 

( I also assume that someone with more brains than me will find that I've made a mistake in my calculations and will correct me!!!)

Should be a good day out, I'm looking forward to it, no pressure or anything. The lads should just go out and enjoy themselves one last time before the season is over. Hope the weather is good for the Bank Holiday weekend.
