I never said otherwise. I do feel that as a site administrator you should offer a balanced view but you insist on being constantly negative and objectionable

 

As I have stated many times my posts represent my opinion... they dont represent OVF and why should they... I make admin/mod decisions based on the rules not the poster or his/her opinion

If I remember right did I read after the Bristol rivers game Wildes got hold of Adams by the scruff of the neck? That must have been when he offered the new contract micky mentioned.

 

You read it wrong (or misinterpretated). Norman did says Wildes had Adams up against a wall after that game, but them made a point of saying only metaphorically speaking.

Just so you know how admin works norman.....

The people who are admin are not clones, they are individuals with their own opinion. If we banned people because we didnt agree with their opinion there wouldnt be many posts and it would be a dull forum as it would be if everyone agreed. Members are free to post their opinions provided they stay within the T/Cs / rules of OVF... thats what members agree to when they sign up, Admins try to ensure that happens.

 

PERSONALLY....I make posts to state my opinion and ask questions, I dont expect everyone to agree or have the same opinion, my opinions are not set in stone, if someone disagrees Im quite prepared to debate and change my opinion if persuaded. My opinions are formed by what I know/think I know/have read/seen/heard etc.

 

Personally I have only one agenda [if that is what it is], the best for PVFC, that is where my interest/loyalty is.

As a member of admin my agenda {?} is to try to keep all posters/posts within the forum rules.

According to today's The Times sport section, MA is claiming not to know where he stands regarding a new contract and that this is: "casting a cloud over the cup game!" I realise that The Daily Express has also previously run a similar article and wonder whether it is mischief-making by the newspapers, or Mickey cleverly putting himself not only in the 'shop window nationally, but also piling a bit of not too subtle pressure on The Smurf? Difficult to tell from this distance, what, exactly the truth is, but one thing's for sure, it needs to be sorted sooner rather than later! other thoughts please?

It certainly does seem very strange whats going on.Even if it is mind game's(which i doubt).

 

A possible easy solution to stop any confusion,question's,doubt,embarrassment would be as has been suggested a PR bod appointed.

Strange situation. Smurthwaite said the other week he wouldn't offer a contract, now there is one on the table all of a sudden? Is this a new development this week? Has he shown Micky Adams where the table is?

 

It's like the pair don't communicate. It's either - there is no contract, the contract on offer is an insult to Adams and the job he has done or Adams does in fact want to leave whilst his stock is high and not affected by budget cuts or owners walking out.

 

Its going to be a big summer. Lets hope it's a good one on all counts.
