I worked since leaving school through no fault of my own I ended up out of work it took me over a year to get another job I agree it did my head in when I went the job centre to see all the scum outside doing drugs drinking shouting I know that immigration is not the major problem but it is part of the problem same as the scum it's not about colour it's about wasting tax payers money on these people and as a tax payer I have a right to voice my concerns this thread was about immigration not lazy scum who don't want work my views would be the Same if it was I'm frustrated that my hard earned money is given to people who in my opinion have no right to it

I see that you have ran out. Please have some of mine and use them as you see fit.

You misunderstand

I believe that he should be deported and hope that he is when it's proven to the courts that it's right to do so

\He's an exceptional case in that he isn't remotely typical of immigrants or Muslims

When will it be proven right for the courts to deport him. The answer is pobably never unless the law is ammended, hence the country will be stuck with this dangerous man.

It is right that a government should have the right to deport a proven dangerous person not born in this country who is an undoubted threat to the nation, especially one who entered on a false passport. People vote for governments not lawyers, in a case like this the government of the land should have the final say, not lawyers and not the EU.

I hope that politicians who want him out for their own political reasons do not succeed in bypassing the sourts (so to speak) by changing the law. From what I have seen the ball is pretty much in the hands of Jordan to convince our courts that evidence obtained by torture will not be used..quite right, no one should be convicted using evidence obtained by torture

They do have that right..it's written into the law..but there are quite rightly safeguards within the law toprevent politicians abusing that right. In this case the soner the politicians and tjheir legal people get their act together the better but until then I praise the judges for standing up to them

Lawyers did not have the final say nor did the EU..the judiciary/judges did

And the fact that politicians will curry favour cos they rely on being voted in is one reason why it is a good thing that politicians do not have the final say on matters such as this...they will take popular rather than lawful decisions.

Despite the majority in the UK wanting him out of the country he stays,so where is the democratic reasoning behind that?

Fortunately the courts are not there to do what's popular or 'democratic'...what if the majority wanted all gay people booted out or locked up would that be Ok cos it's 'democratic'?

It's about time the law represented what the majority want and also acted in the best interests of the country then.If this bloke organised an attrocity while he was in the UK,who would be accountable?

I think he needs to be deported. But our legal system and its safeguards from manipulation are far more important to me than one headline hungry fanatic who will be dead in 20 years anyway.

Nearly everyone thinks he should be deported apart from the EU and his lawyers, can we sue them if he achieves his aims?
