Watched the game live on streaming channel here in Caracas and thought we were awesome. Morsey's goal was worth the admission fee itself. My lad texted me to say it's like being back in the days of Guppy and Macarthy! (Not that classy yet!)

The atmosphere and noise from under 5,000 came through brilliantly......new owners in the morning, please God may it continue!

just got home, well happy with the performance, thought McDonald was a rock in defense tonight, felt a bit for Burge, done his knee again, the pace we have upfront is quite scary at times....long may it continue.

Ashley Vincent may well play in the PL he not only has pace but makes some amazing runs off the ball.

 

Rudgie arrived late and left early - that's his scouting style rather than just being there for the game.

A very good team performance in front of the cameras. Could and should of scored one or two more but overall I'm extremely satisfied with the 3-0 win, especially as Morsy should have been sent off and they have a couple of chances and a penalty shout. Oxford were decent enough, they just came up against an in form side that were simply a little bit better than them.

 

Tom Pope got his goal and his general play was outstanding. What a guy. Myrie-Williams is the best winger we've had in years, and that Vincent isn't half bad either. I was impressed with Burge and it's a big blow to lose him for what will probably be months. Morsy's goal was Premiership class - absolute quality.

Super performance Vale proud the whole country could see that. Whole team did well but I'm sorry Dodds did his usual Scarlett Pimpernell act apart from Popes goal but one contribution isn't good enough.

 

Need a left back and other midfield players with Burge's injury.hopefully the new owner can provide to keep the momentum going.

 

Were you there? Dodds was superb off the ball. Never stopped drawing defenders and working left, right and centre for the team.

Was in Railway stand and the angle for the Vincent goal was amazing,great effort.Third goal looked good also..But when you see them from the angle of the TV they look a lot different.You don't appreciate the angle of the Vincent goal.But you also dont appreciate how much Morsy bent the ball.Great win .well done to each and every one.
