If he's gone you can't blame him.He's been ruined under Big D. 

It is what it is. We could do with him staying but we want players who are up for the fight over the next few months, not those umming and errring about how <ovf censored> everything is and has been. 

Our season is starting again under Jon and we knows what will happen, but we are going to be fighting and scrapping for everything and you don't need unhappy or disruptive players in that fight.

Strange flex to say he's not been a good player for the position you want him in, when he's amazingly not been playing there most of the time... 

There's little doubt in my mind that he can perform there if we played him there and anything in the past under Moore is in the past - but it's really a question of how he feels. Is he up for it, or would he rather a fresh start and new environment.

Imagine if we said this about Tolaj just over 12 months ago. 'Showed at times he can be a good player, problem is, those times have been too little' - when the reason for that is he was being played out of position on the wing half the time. 

It's no surprise to anybody that you play people where they are best suited you'll get the best out of them.

True, but they are at different stages in their career and Curtis has recently had an ACL injury. Big difference in class between Curtis and Tolaj imo. For me Tolaj is a championship player and Curtis is a low league 1 player 

Where's 500K come from!? If that's true then we have absolutely fleeced them. I liked Ronan, but 500K at this stage of his career is incredible business by us.

It's a shame as I think he'd have thrived under Brady playing out wide, but you can't turn down that kind of money for a player at that stage in their career. Worlds gone mad!

Not bad really but i maintain thst throughout his time here at PVFC, he as done a very good job, most of the time in positions he wasnt supposed be playing scored big goals ,worked his proverbials off,played as emergency striker, and put more in than the strikers selected , and for me someone i wouldnt point the finger at for Vale at bottom of the league .

Good luck to the lad sad to hear hes gone if true apart from against us

He hasn't gone for 500k. The poster was being sarcastic and going along with how the thread was going, with made up fees bandied about. 

If we do get £500k we have certainly recouped some of the shortfall on Tolaj! 

There's nowt on port vale official website saying he's left the club yet 🤔, imo he's flattered to decieve when he has played,good luck to him if he does sign for Plymouth argyle.. UTV VTID 👍 😎

I'm not too fussed about Curtis leaving to be honest, I feel he thinks he's better than he actually is.

Agree that he's been mismanaged by Moore, but he's very quick to throw his arms about and have a moan at others after a poor pass/cross, but then doesn't exactly deliver a lot of quality himself.

If he's a big earner and we get a fee to reinvest in some pace then I'd be fine with this move.

I expect that at some point quite quickly,  possibly when the Curtis deal is announced (assuming it is) the manager will give a full update on the squad as a whole.

What deals may be pending, injuries,  what is happening to loan players and which positions he may be looking to strengthen.
