Deal done. Ronan has gone. 2.5 year deal. Minimum fee. Was done before Brady was here. League 2 club.

Where is this reported ?

Curtis has 3 goals and 6 assists this season in all competitions in 27 appearances. That isn't bad at all - 1 in 3. Especially when he's spent the majority of that playing LWB, RWB and odd minutes off the bench. All under Moore's horrific tenure.

He could easily double that by the end of the season playing in his natural role in a positive formation, if not more.

He probably will.........for Plymouth ☹️

I’d be disappointed to see Curtis leave.  Apart from anything else, he’s got a great work ethic and a bit of a spark about him.  I’d agree with others who say he’s been underutilised and never really given a run in a position which suited him.

Eh? He hasn’t spend the majority playing wing back though he’s filled in there a hand full of times due to injuries. The new manger will have lots of decisions to make this is typical of what will happen in January…. He’s got 2 goals in the league this year 1 was against 10 men when we were 4-1 up… maybe the manager would like a winger with more pace or more likely to track back or more naturally left footed out maybe he doesn’t play with wingers who knows…. As much as I like him he’s far from irreplaceable.

If it’s £100,000 as reported above then it shouldn’t even be a question to be asked. Real lack of any ambition of the club if we flog our best players for that (if that’s the true amount)

You’ll be happy when it’s announced. Not close to 100k

So somebody posts a figure on here and you believe it’s true?

Was he ever appreciated by Moore?

His goalscoring record of 45 goals in 206 matches shows what his capabilities are.

Look at just the 45 minutes against Blackpool. 2 assists and a goal. Probably a performance to get a move to Plymouth.

If he has gone for £100K thats robbery and a disaster for any attempt to get us out of the mire Moore has left us in.

He’s gone for £500k

I'd be gutted if Curtis left, especially during January. Not a chance in a million years we're getting better in this transfer window. It'd be an awful blow. Hopefully, with renewed optimism with the new manager (I'd imagine Brady will sit him down and chat to him at some point) will show RC that he's seen as an important cog in this neglected machine and he'll feel reassured that he won't be hung out to dry like previously. The thought of a happy, rejuvenated Curtis whipping crosses in for a happy and rejuvenated Jayden Stockley getting on the end of, is potentially very exciting. We need to put our better players in their strongest positions and stop messing around with square pegs in round holes.

Let's not weaken our squad further when we've already got a very challenging situation ahead. Full steam ahead. The only outgoings should be loanees returning to their parent clubs and one or two fringe players departing for minutes.

And this is where you are currently living in cloud cuckoo land

Funny, because I've been told the min fee is more like £2M/£2.5M.
