Agreed. This signing doesn't have to have resale value. Plenty of options already in the building that should earn the club money- Walters, John, Shorrock. This signing should be to try and make sure we're in League 1 next season.

Agreed. This signing doesn't have to have resale value. Plenty of options already in the building that should earn the club money- Walters, John, Shorrock. This signing should be to try and make sure we're in League 1 next season.

I saw him a lot at Bognor and he was a good Non-League striker, nothing more. If his old strike partner Jason Prior couldn't make it neither can he. Why not bid for Cheek at Bromley or that bloke from Colchester who always scores against us (yes Kurtis Guthrie et al)

I get the feeling whatever we do from now till the end of this window and then the end of January will not be right for the vast majority of Vale fans. Let’s just hope DM knows what he’s doing.

No I didn't, I didn't mock anyone, I said he was not particularly prolific.

 His record is 6 goals in 47 games and going for a 6 figure fee and a 3 year contract seems a bit strong.

Quite ironic if true.  Part for Southend, Oldham and Sutton squads relegated from League 2, and finally ends up in non league after a promotion campaign with us!
