If we do go up, this squad gets absolutely destroyed in L1 by the way without major changes in the summer. Average.

Poor team selection has cost us again ,we need points at the business end of the season and Moore is still friggin about with rotation , for Gods sake play our best team . Croasdale Walters Tolaj on the bench along with Clarke ??  Players don’t want to be rested they want to play ,they haven’t done a 40hr week down the pit before a game . First time I’ve had a moan about this ,but I truly believe,I hope I’m wrong ,that this system may not have only cost us the game tonight , but also automatic promotion . Don’t tell me resting Byers .

 

DM choked tonight. Not got what it takes to set out to win. Too concerned with not losing all the time. Backfired tonight. Will look an even bigger twonk if we lose Saturday after “resting” players. It’s not clever it’s stupidity of the highest order. 

There’s no need whatsoever to rest players if they play 2 games in a week you just ease off the strenuous stuff in training, playing 2 games in a week is worth more than a fortnight of training. 
my sport was distance running , I know people who ran a marathon every Sunday that was the only running they did, never trained in the week.

No but they seemed incapable of passing to a white shirt the pair of them.

Sang since his 2 reds looks very vulnerable defensively again. 

Moores biggest crime tonight was taking 75 minutes to realise they had deployed 2 players whose only job was to occupy our wingbacks space.  They didn't shuffle over, the stuck to it rigidly and it meant neither Sang nor John could get at them.  75 minutes before he changes the shape to combat that...

I aren't sure how much of his football I can put myself through.

Are you old enough to remember Craig Rocastle, Joe? He might be a bit before your time. 

Harper getting a lot of stick quite rightly but I thought Ben was just as bad. He played better second half with better players around him. Can't complain about the result, Moore was forced to play more attacking football and I don't think by choice. We need the best 11 playing until the end of the season.

Yes you have a squad to rotate with games on top of each other. Have this one free on me Mr Moore, start your best 11 and when we are 2 goals up rotate players. First half was dire. Barrow , in 17th place dominated us at our ground. Better 2nd half when we played the team that should have started but we were chasing a game that we shouldn't have been chasing .

When will he ever learn?

It was obvious to a blind man on a galloping horse that the team and tactics in the first 20 minutes weren't right, I don't like to name players because I honestly believe they give 100% when they play, however I will criticise how they are managed and employed during a game and I've got to say Moore has hindered a good squad of players, Barrow bossed us in the first half technically and tactically and defended resolutely with a squad that must have cost half of ours, it feels like a relegation campaign not a promotion one ......Rant over.
