Ok Nippy 🥱

I would stick with Amos

Smith and Hall, as defenders, not getting caught out of position, pace is the issue.

In my dreams we go 4-4-2. 2 fullbacks that can cover the main defence.

Again that helps the back 3 we play now , they do not have pace. So go to a 4.

We are and can be flexible and that is the way to win, but soft goals are killing us.

I would play Umolu, has pace needs to perform, time to try something different, we need to use the width of VP and push teams back, create space and hopefully we have the converters in the box.

TBF I am 75/25% on what I have said, but

We need to move the ball faster, so 2 backs would help rather than Smith etc.

Use the wings, we have the players.

Cross and shoot, seems easy, but we have to put pressure on and not just soak it up.

UTV pity Gups and Mc arent around 🙂

Why? Had a decent cameo against Harrogate but he’s shown nothing any other time. Especially to warrant a start over Tolaj, Curtis & Stockley since he’s returned

We need pace, Curtis can go wide and Tolaj, play all of them

Curtis has looked better up top than out wide. Your seriously not suggesting sticking Tolaj out wide again are you to accommodate Umolu?

Can we trust the 2 in midfield? with those out wide?

Depends on the full backs?

We do not have the players to pass from the back.

So and only my opinion 🙂 we need to get the ball wide, stretch teams and create chances in the box.

Balls from inside our own half, just hopefully working is no good.

Main point is as a Pro Footballer you know what to do.

Mine seems to have gone OK now. 👍

Few problems with the site yesterday. Looks to be a problem with the massive amount of archive posts on the site (remember the brexit debate anyone). The archive has now been further archived and things look far better.

Strange times. I even had a pop up advert last night.

I had it and couldn't get in properly but it seems sorted now . Might have been the Russians implementing a Denial of Service attack to undermine the West but starting at The Vale .

I blame Elon Musk 😉

According to radio stoke Garritys back in training but I'm not being funny we shouldn't be relying on one player to save our season, pull you're finger out Darren and set the team up to play on the front foot instead of going ultra cautious ffs

Edited by Nippy Naylor

Got a feeling Garrity starts tomorrow.

With these being more footballing I'd bring Sang in for Debrah and have a footballing outlet.

How do you know he has pace ?   I've yet to see him bust a gut in the short periods he's been on the VP pitch . The best I've seen of him was a nifty bit of work by the bench but apart from that he seems to amble . I think he must have a decent contract length at his parent club as he doesn't seem to be playing for new one . I think men's football is a bit scary for him after PL2 .
