No idea why he wasn't in the squad after what we saw at Salford in pizza cup ,then when he played at Doncaster seemed a little lost but we still won so cannot have done that much wrong, although watching didn't feel he had a good game but still he might need the roar of a crowd get him going. 

Certain players react to that encouragement, maybe that is all Diamond Edwards needed ,bizarre how he was sent out on loan when not really had opportunity in a proper first team game ....

As for tomorrow well the pressure is on ,4 games without a win ,one defeat in 2025, blah blah blah whatever way you want look at it, ,nothing other than  3 wins in next 3 home games is acceptable ,but don't be going thinking it's guaranteed ,nothing in life is ,only encouragement from every Vale fan going next 3 home games,and staying with the team from our point of view is needed ,(I've seen it and heard it in other promotion campaigns the support as a all has to step up also ) ,and every player playing a 8 or 9 out of 10 will be needed for sure .UTV .

Let's see if the squad are capable of upping it now I think they are it's time prove it

He's is just as likely to break down coming off the bench.  I've seen lots of players break down after coming on as sub because they don't get to warm up the same way.

If he's not fit he shouldn't be on the bench.  His role is as team captain and not cheer leader.  Putting him there if he's not fit is the only thing that is bat <ovf censored> crazy.

As I said neither you nor I are on the Vales medical team so not really in a position to make definitive statements, like you are.

I suspect that you are just being annoying and contrary at this point.

I don't watch the Pizza games because they are not part of my subscription, and I'm too mean to pay extra for what are usually training matches.

Was he that good.  I don't recall seeing people screaming for him to start, but maybe I missed something.

Could it be that wolves have already told him they’re releasing him and he’s free to go out and try and earn a contact elsewhere? So we’ve took a look at him in training?

Yeah my reading of it has always been it's more an elongated trial to see if he's worth bringing in during the summer.

VSalford, he had that  bit of R Richards about him .

V Doncaster he seemed a bit weak no idea why but was easily brushed off ball.

Simply put he's just not very good. Look at where he's been going on loan, if this was someone who was anywhere close to pushing for consideration it'd be clubs higher than the 6th tier looking to sign him. I don't read much into pizza trophy games good or bad but when he came on against Barnsley in the FA Cup he was hopeless. Don't mind us taking a flyer on a player like that but his future looks like it'll be outside the EFL once the retained list comes out.
