Looked solid, imagine when Byers comes in. Happy with that

On todays showing, the question is, "Where does he play", where does Chizzy play not to mention Ojo.

There will be opportunities due to injuries and there will be some opposition where one or more of those 3 are preferred but the big team feel, aggression and steel may be the preferred way Moore wants to play, only time will tell.

Oh, and the ability to score from set plays. Imagine that!

What I liked about the midfield today was that there was always someone after Garrity if we didn't win the first ball - Croasdale broke down play very well, getting a foot in, and Sang put in a great shift. Liked the look of Curtis too, putting himself about.  Just a subtle shift in reducing the number of times opposition teams win the ball in midfield to get at us makes such a difference.  Today, we asked more questions of them than they did of us, because we were up for it.  That said, Salford didn't offer much.  Very happy with that start, given the number of players still to get off the physio bench.

I'm glad Sang has improved his game. It's a good nucleus to have at least three or four of last seasons squad setting the bar.

AI commentary, which I didn't have

That was on Sky. Al’s commentary was pretty terrible. It was just him and nobody else to bounce off. Reminded me of Triller’s coverage of the Asian Nations Cup.

Didn't know some games had AI commentary, is this a league two thing? All the ones I've had on sky so far in the championship and league one have had humans doing it.

Odds on us winning outright have halved since last month. Joint 2nd favourites with Chesterfield and Doncaster.

Without some key players in Byers, Stockley and Chislett etc. We are only going to get stronger 💪

Could add Clarke and Smith?

McDons I’d imagine. Now they’ve got Arabs running them they’ll no doubt buy their way to the title City-style.

Great start. A win and a happy Saturday night! Hope this is the first of many!

Ben Garrity's the best on Earth!

UTV!

Great start lads! Another 29 of those and I think we’ll be ow’rate!

We sound like we’ve got height, grit, needle etc which we’ve been missing for so long.

Imagine how good it will be when we have. A midfield ball holder.!😉
