I thought Ryder's bid had already been pushed to the back burner and the only thing BY is waiting for now is one of the other bidders to come up with a deposit. Once that happens then that bid will receive exclusivity, however until one of the other bidders show him the money, then there aint much he can do.

surely we must here some news today, if ryder still wants to complete his takeover he must realise he needs to deposit his money by tomorrow (no tomorrow pun intended) and if any potential other contenders are on the scene they must want to get the ball rolling before the season starts on tuesday!!!!

Way way way beyond a joke. What the hell has BY being doing all summer? Just leaving KR daily answerphone messages by the sounds of it.

 

"Hi Keith can you pay us the money today"

 

"Keith, me again, have you got the money yet?"

He's cuddled up to KR for too long, stringing us along with rubbish about the FL and in the mean time all the other possible buyers have gone and got cold feet/spent money elsewhere. Meaning there is no plan b anymore, causing him to let KR give us the run around while he begs for the money
