What I don't understand, is why has he or BY not ruled him out. If he didn't want the club, surely he would tell BY or the supporters club and that would be the end of it. The supporters club or BY should be ringing KR every single day pestering him and asking the current status! The communication from PVFC has been absolutely shocking for the past few years!

Does anyone actually think that KR will buy Port Vale?

 

Certainly not now,as yet another day goes by without any news of him transferring the funds.

I believe Bob Young thinks that our best hope to get an end result of a new owner who will agree to the CVA is..... Keith Ryder.

Why else would he continue allowing him time after more time; extension after extension.

 

These so called people interested in buying the Vale now could be akin to what happened at Bournemouth when apparently 18 buyers were interested in getting the club. Unfortunately when it was time to show the colour of their money..... only one did!

 

Much as I now don't want Ryder because he has let the fans down, at least he has put money forward (although of course as yet nowhere near enough) so he has confirmed in some way he does want the club. I just don't think others will follow particularly as they will not give what Young wants - a buyer who complies with the CVA.

My real concern at the minute is not KR or any other investor.

 

PVFC can be run successfully without a major cash injection due to Administration removing the debt (particularly the Council's) from round our necks (BTW Marky Mark a debt that was created by Bill Bratt & Co)

 

The real issue now is that we need to appoint a quality business manager to pick up what KR was setting up and also ensure that he pulls together all the currently rudderless departments at PVFC into a single business unit. The club is drifting aimlessly into very choppy seas.

 

The Company Secretary should really be taking charge of the business at the moment and doing just that but he isn't.

 

The Administrators have their own business to run.

 

So we need a good quality 'team leader' appointed at the top of the club and then we might start moving to safe ground irrespective of a buyer coming in or not.

 

Get the club stable and then there isn't the same panic to grab the first 'helping hand' that is held out without checking out the credentials..

Well Alan I didn't try and bring the club to its knees through protests. I supported my football club and now have to worry at what some people have done to it.

 

That includes those clowns on the board at the time, however some people really have a personal hate for bb and blame him for anything.

Just out of interest,has anyone actually spotted him at the club of late because at one time he was there a lot.

I've heard that he's being held hostage by Somali pirates. Apparently he was trying to earn some money for the take over, so agreed to ''run an errand" for Glenn. However, his speed boat containing a substantial ammount of 'white powder' capsized and he was captured.

 

This is the reason for the delay.
