Anyone know if tickets for tomorrow gone off sale, I seem to be able to get a ticket for the league game but not for tomorrows match.

Don't they usually go off sale a 2pm the day before the game?  That's not to say that there isn't PotD at the ground.

Cheers, sure there will be no issue purchasing one at the ground tomorrow, long way to go without a ticket but will only be 150 maximum so can't see a problem.

Trying to give your hard earned money to Port Vale has always been a challenge. Things don't seem to have improved on that front. Not having the correct number of loyalty points, not having the correct junior memberships associated with my account, not even being able to log on to buy a ticket for £21 at this very moment in time won't stop me (a supporter for 5 decades) from attending, but I do wonder if it puts off more casual supporters. As an example, if I fancied attending an Ice Hockey or Rugby league match, as I have over the years, I'd simply not bother if it was this difficult to buy a ticket. Are we losing future fans as a result of not picking up the phone or having a functioning ticketing system?

Speaking as someone who attended every game home and away pre Covid, I know for a fact I wouldn’t have done had I had to buy tickets on line.
the closure of the ticket office has definitely cost in lost fans.

Is anyone else unable to login to their ticketing account? Keep getting message I need permission to login ! A trip to the shop on my only day off it is then[emoji57]

I emailed the shop about loyalty points and 6 days later they emailed back to say that they had merged my accounts and given my partner who is linked to my account the correct number of loyalty points. I have logged in since and it looked good. Going to try logging in again now in a paranoid style lol. I can log in but there are no Barrow tickets for tonight apparently.

Well I've left it overnight and it still won't let me log in this morning ! What a pile of 💩.

Too right VTID, unless you live close and can get to the Vale shop there is not much you can do about it.  No replies to emails and not answering the phone just simply isn't good enough. The good start to the season is turning a bit sour with this fiasco.

Still can't log in from yesterday, still haven't got my points from the Salford game, still haven't got my son's season tickets.

Nope, still can't log in. Utter shambles yet again.

Maybe a message on social media should be put out as it seems clear that most people are unable to log in to buy tickets or even see if they have any updates on a QR code

What we need is a computer company to run the club!😁

The only way to get tickets and your points sorted is to go up the ground and get in the queue, the club seem blind to the shambles, Facebook is full of fans complaining they can't spend money at the club lastly has the club said anything about sorting it out ?
