Flipping heck it's not easy is it.

I'm trying to "retrieve" my account but when I click on the "How do I retrieve my supporter number" it doesn't take me anywhere. And there's no option to register a new account.

To this user, the system appears to be a right mess I'm sorry to say.

to register with TM - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/pvfc/Authentication/Registration?returnUrl=%2Fpvfc%2F

to retrieve existing membership number from old ticketing system, in a data field in the top left corner of the spreadsheet that should come up - https://pvfc-shop.com/portvale/ASP/browse.asp?public=true&returnPage=myAccount.asp

to link the two accounts together to carry over points from old system - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/pvfc/Authentication/ActivateAccount

Sadly I tried that and it returned an unexpected error.

Same for me, mate.

We're either incredibly unlucky to be one of the few that:

a) haven't picked up their season ticket

b) haven't received the QR code

c) haven't been emailed to update us.

Brilliant. Will send a polite email in the morning as it appears I'm not on their ST list.

Joe, I was going to ask if you got it sorted but I can see from your recent posts definitely not.

I've had nothing at all from the club, MBE I've checked spam/junk but no luck.

Considering I bought and paid for the season ticket on the 6th of June, with the first home game a few days away, I currently have no way of getting in to the ground. It does seem a poor way to treat supporters.

The advice at the forum was to contact the club on Tuesday if you hadn't received the QR code by close of play on Monday. I assume this means they will prioritise answering emails and the phone?!

Haha you obviously haven't been a supporter for long have you? 😆 They'll move from plan A (ignoring the phone) to plan B (unplugging it because they're so sick of the continual ringing).

Iv'e been up to the Ticket office/Shop this afternoon to ask about my Synectics Car Park pass I thought I should have received by now.

I queued for approx 30 minutes while other customers were dealt with, the thing that I noticed was people standing for half an hour just to pay for a shirt or merchandise, I can't think of another sales environment that could get away with that kind of service, the phone was ringing constantly going unanswered, the club is getting away with the customers blind loyalty to the brand, people wouldn't return if it was any other business, I know I wouldn't.

The young Lad who served me was very efficient and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently, I felt sorry for the two of them, they need some kind of help, maybe a separate queue to pay for merchandise and one for ticket queries.

I never quite understood the logic of shutting the ticket office down, on a match day it always seems a huge queue in the shop whereas splitting it makes it easier to manage.

As a non local Vale supporter the phone issue has been a problem for years and hopefully this new system coming in can alleviate that.

I went to get my Barrow ticket this morning and there was only one lad on the tills and he was sorting out a name on the back of the home shirt for a customer. A gentleman in front of me was on his phone complaining saying ‘it’s taking the lad 18 years to sort it out’ completely unnecessary considering the lad was on his own, the phone was constantly ringing and he couldn’t exactly rush printing someone name and number. He was trying his best to be as quick as possible and needed 1-2 more people on the tills with him. Shame that some Vale fans have to be so rude about it wasn’t his fault at all, quite embarrassing for others in the queue who also seemed to think the same as me. I would mention the blokes name who was moaning but I’ll keep that to myself.

I simply can't get the system to work at all. I know I am entering my right supporter number and so on but it's still coming up with an error.

It's a good job I'm not planning on a six hour car trip to the game on Saturday and will have to factor in queueing for a ticket as well - oh hold on...

Has anyone at the club actually tested the system?

For instance, I cannot understand why "Register" isn't allowed.

It's presuming that everyone simply has an existing account and can access it.

I did all that when it launched and it worked fine, I've logged in numerous times until today but now I don't have permission. Seems like everybody is now banned from Ticketmaster, I think it's just broken at the moment so may be best to just wait until they've finished answering the phones and fixed it...

Don't know what's going on I had no issues getting tickets or coach travel, all done in a couple of minutes ?

I wonder if Vale have forgot to pay the bill and Ticketmaster have put us on hold.

It's not allowing anyone to login atm so I think it's a TM server issue rather than something you're doing mate. I've been trying to login for the last few hours because Barrow league tickets were without warning put on sale today but I keep getting a "Unfortunately you do not have permission to login." message.

Can anyone help?

Trying to buy my Dad a ticket for Saturday but will only allocate seat to me at £25. How do I I set-up my Dad (OAP 😀)as another person on my account?

I think you have to make him a separate account, using a different email.

Obviously issues for some but I’ve been on today and purchased tickets no problem.
