I was in the shop on Thursday, to collect my ST which by then was safely in the back pocket of Sponsor X. My QR Code would be with me soon, they assured (it isn't).

The phone was ringing. 3 people behind the till. 1 serving me.

"It's ringing today, is it?"

It wasn't answered.

4 in there on Friday when I had to collect our Salford tickets as despite being e tickets they wouldn't work. Took 30 mins as one was doing shirt printing , 2 standing about and the 4th couldn't find my lad on the system. In fact she asked me if he was 73 years old. In the end she found him via the booking reference which I'd suggested twice earlier in the conversation .

Deffo nothing in my spam folder

No QR code either. Checked spam.

Absolute shambles. Joke.

Can anybody log in to their ticketing account at the moment? My mate said he couldn't and neither can I - do not have permission to log in error. He's tried calling them but there is no answer, they're probably sat down there wondering what that noise is again.

Port Vale lol.

I'm getting that error message this morning too. At least I'm one step closer than the usual response, which is to tell me that I am barred from Ticketmaster because it thinks I'm a bot.

And, of course, there's no answer at the ticket office. I don't think I've ever come across a worse-run operation in my life.

No QR code despite them saying I've got it, physical season ticket give to hospitality without me knowing resulting in a wasted trip to the club, and no answer on the phone. It's almost funny how bad it is.

I've just tried logging in and it says "unfortunately you do not have permission to log in"

That's it my rope ladder is going in the boot.

Imagine being a 4th tier football club and making it this tricky for paying customers to attend games!

They're genuinely extremely lucky we are so addicted that we literally can't even imagine not going - is this was any other business, they'd lose hundreds of customers.

There's literally no incentive to be competent.

Getting a bit sick of this. Bought loads of tickets online last season for friends, etc and have had a season ticket for years. Trying to access the online account, usual username/password doesn't work, says I have to re-register but then says that I can't be found, click on "forgot details" and it says it'll email but never does. It's using the exact same email address I've used for years and they've sent my season ticket details to.

Genuinely one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with in terms of letting me give them my money!

I only post my frustrations on here because contacting the club is something out of the medieval era. Carrier pigeon is quicker.

No answer when you ring the ticket office.

The main reception answer immediately, forward you through to the ticket office, and then there's no answer.

2 working days response to any emails to any department.

The only recourse is to literally drive to Vale Park midweek - and then wait an inordinate time in the queue for, in my case, the issue to not be resolved.

I'm getting the same message, no QR code, no car park QR code, not sure Vale wants me there on Saturday

I got email from TM but the link doesn't work to download QR.

I really wish that I had a box or RW suite ticket now.

Keep trying. Mine didn't download the first three or four times, but eventually it did work. Maybe if you keep going you'll strike lucky!

Can anyone help?

Trying to buy my Dad a ticket for Saturday but will only allocate seat to me at £25. How do I I set-up my Dad (OAP 😀)as another person on my account?

Just been up the shop, phone ringing non stop but never answered.

Once I got through the queue ,lad on the till sorted it in seconds, printed off 2 seasons tickets and sent me the email with the virtual tickets

If it wad any other business then Vale wouldn't be a returning customer

Flipping heck it's not easy is it.

I'm trying to "retrieve" my account but when I click on the "How do I retrieve my supporter number" it doesn't take me anywhere. And there's no option to register a new account.

To this user, the system appears to be a right mess I'm sorry to say.
