I feel for you Pete vale, I can say that I was told the car season ticket qr will  be sent by email before the Tranmere home game, to answer one of your points.

Is anybody else having issues of when they buy tickets online the points aren't getting added to the account. This needs sorting for me and most likely several other people otherwise you will end up not having enough points to buy the tickets when really you should have enough points.

Spot on. Daft as it sounds Barrow ( league) tickets will be due on sale soon and though we're unlikely to sell out those with enough points deserve pick of the seats before make general sale.

We might sell out barrow in the league as it will be a new ground to visit for a few people. We been allocated 520 seats in the league cup so I'm thinking the league allocation for barrow will be around 1000. The points need adding to people's accounts so that there right and it's a fair system.

What annoys me the most is that they don't seem too bothered but are quick enough on social media to promote selling-out etc? Feel totally let down, the one attempt to reply from them left me a list of things to do!! It's not me who has duplicated names and this ridiculous 'Supporter Number' (which says Reference on the account btw), it is not me who has x4 phone lines that are not manned or controlled with a proper queue saystem with call-back. It is me that does £1K a year on tickets and merchandise, etc. It is me with NO Salford tickets and NO points!! I'm recovering from Covid (last Weds morn) and have not been able to go in not that you should have to. Anywhere or anything else and I'd just get a refund and take my money elsewhere. Loyalty is a two-way street in my book.

I had a QR code sent for the car park for Saturday's home game, didn't order one or go to the game though. I'm assuming the season pass will arrive soon
