My wife's arrived a couple of days ago, but no sign of mine yet.

My own season ticket finally arrived a few minutes ago. For some reason it took several tries before it went into my Wallet, but it's safely there now!!

Same for me, mate.

We're either incredibly unlucky to be one of the few that:

a) haven't picked up their season ticket

b) haven't received the QR code

c) haven't been emailed to update us.

Brilliant. Will send a polite email in the morning as it appears I'm not on their ST list.

Joe,  check in the locket master side of the vale website (off the left hand menu) and don’t go into last seasons ticketing system which is still live to show your customer number for ticketmaster. I was concerned that my season ticket purchase wasn’t showing but the lady in the club shop showed me where I had gone wrong.

Just checked and my digital season ticket came through at 17:55 today. Matt did say that they should be with everyone by Monday. If it's not with you by then, then contact the club.

Has anyone had a QR code for their car park season ticket yet ?

Not had car park or season ticket QR code as yet

Sent from my XQ-CC54 using onevalefan mobile app

I have checked my account history and it shows that i bought season tickets and let's me resend a confirmation email that once received has a Google wallet link but it doesn't work !

Might work for anyone else that hasn't received an email yet

I received an official e-mail from the Vale dated 28th July headed 'Latest News from Vale Park' which included the advice that season tickets are now available for collection.

I have just made my 30 mile round trip to Vale Park to collect mine only to be told that the club have 'run out of tickets' and don't know when they will be available.

I'm furious at this waste of time and petrol.  Surely the club knows how many season tickets it is likely to need.

What a shambles!

Apparently they ordered enough cards but then it was decided that all those in the posh seats should have them so they were several hundred short.

That's exactly what I have billy, but for the parking, my season ticket worked. I'm waiting for a response from vale to my emails. They said they were contacting ticketmaster last week,  but as yet I've heard  nothing.

Perhaps the least surprising thing I've ever read.

I've had to curtly email the ticket office today as I still don't have my QR code, haven't received the email that explains the situation, and have no idea when I'll get my physical card.

If the club has decided to give my physical card to someone in hospitality, meaning I'll have to traipse up to Vale Park on Friday (or join a long queue on Saturday) to get into the Tranmere game, then I'll be seriously cheesed off. I'm sick to death of the differing attitudes the club shows between hospitality and regular fan.

I assume hospitality have been charged an extra £5 for their physical card, just as I was.

Can anybody log in to their ticketing account at the moment? My mate said he couldn't and neither can I - do not have permission to log in error. He's tried calling them but there is no answer, they're probably sat down there wondering what that noise is again.

Port Vale lol.

Port Vale lol.

I was in the shop on Thursday, to collect my ST which by then was safely in the back pocket of Sponsor X. My QR Code would be with me soon, they assured (it isn't).

The phone was ringing. 3 people behind the till. 1 serving me.

"It's ringing today, is it?"

It wasn't answered.

Ticket office said that if not got QR code, it will be in Spam folder from Ticketmaster. Run-out of cards with badges etc on but blank ST cards with QR on are available for collection now.
