You should have been sent an email from "[email protected]" last week or earlier with the subject "24/25 Season - Port Vale Digital Season Pass"

For some reason they have failed to make it available via the ticketing website, only by email, to then be hosted in your 'apple wallet' if you have an iphone or your 'google wallet' if you have a mobile that runs android. You will need to access the email from your phone to add the pass to your digital wallet with minimal hassle. If you have neither an iphone nor an android phone they have made no provision for you other than having to go to the club shop and get a physical card for an extra £5.

Whether they actually have any cards in stock I don't know, based on the previous few pages of this thread.

Hi Doha many thanks for your reply, I haven't been set an email ie seasonal pass,I have tried to contact the ticket office but to no avail, I have also purchased a physical card just in case this might happen, as I travel from Leicestershire I never know if there might be travel problems so means me setting off about 12 in case there is a queue in the shop,in the meantime I will ask my daughter to check, will let you know thanks again.

I'm still waiting for my QR code via email. I do have a season card so at least I should be able to get in, I hope !

Because a key reason for a part of the poor service, that my physical card is not available, is because at the last minute they decided to give my card to someone in hospitality having originally ordered the right amount for those who requested them.

I asked for a physical one as I didn't trust the the Port Vale ticket office and e-tickets, and wanted a backup option.

Would it be hard for the ticket office staff to retrigger the Ticketmaster email upon request for the people who don’t need a physical card?

Many thanks gags 64 , so I have had no emails for qr code and travel from Leicestershire on Saturday and they have no cards,one I have also paid for I have no access to see the game ,what sort of system is this  I might be old am not stupid and I am  computer literate ,what sort of treatment is this for someone who has supported the vale for 65 years, man and boy,

If I was the new CEO of a business like Matt Hancock is I would like to know about it if my customers feel this way.

Who knows? I suggested getting some cards from Amazon and because I searched for them Amazon has sent me a link to a warehouse deal for 100 cards at £10.99 would have bought some myself and dropped them off if I had realised it was going to be that much of an issue.

It feels like a huge missed opportunity that we've never had the TV crews in down in the ticket office. It would make for some cracking TV.

 

Many thanks Doha and gags for your help, I have now managed to speak to someone in the shop and explained I haven't received my digital season ticket, she checked my details and email address, then emailed my digital season ticket to download to my Google wallet, she also assured me my hard ticket will be ready for collection on match day with my name on it,so eventually it looks like I'm sorted,but what a carry-on to get a season ticket. UTV

 

Well we've all been quick to criticise, myself included but I have just rang the club shop and there is a queue system in place.

I rang because I have no qr code for my car park season pass and after having sent numerous emails and being told this and that for the last 3 weeks,  it still wasn't sorted.

This mornings call I was number 2 in the queue and after waiting 5 mins I was on to a young lady who sorted the problem In 2 minutes. Code sent and in Google wallet.

So we'll done Vale.

Anyone else who might be in this position, just give them a ring now.

It seems they've now got a handle on it as they responded to my email and resent the QR code.

We got there in the end.

Experience is usually something you get just after you needed it ... 😁
