Having some food at Westfields before the grim reality of a night game sets in. Even with our North London Valiants in attendance I am not expecting there to be more than 200 of us watching a 2-2 draw.

Perhaps if they lose more than four they should walk home. As I’m repeatedly told by ppl who work at the club, they’re just lacking self confidence. Unlike the old players in Maxims on a Wednesday night.

I've become immune to results this season, what will be will be.  Just wanna see a Vale goal, something to cheer.

Give pro experience to the academy players and haul the so-called leaders and experienced players up and down the country for a few months to watch and get the water bottles. Make it productive in terms of preparing for next season.

Thankfully wasn’t in the office today so didn’t have a decision to make about jumping on the Central Line for a couple of stops and an evening of misery.

Not even sure I’ll bother streaming it either. All feels very pointless at the moment when it comes to the Vale.

I’d be tempted to use the run in to give game time to Lorax, Dipepa, Shorrock, Walters and Plant. McDermott could have been an option if we’d kept hold of him. Burnley obviously think he’s got potential. Maybe try Sang in a midfield role as he played there when he was at Man Utd. Dan Gore has been a waste of a signing. I would put Grant in the middle alongside Ojo that's his best position and yet we have never played him there. There's a player in there and we must explore all options
