Great appointment on paper. Think nearly everyone happy with this one! Very rare! Now let's get behind everyone including DF (yes he's made mistakes but this is a great signing imo). First aim is league one safety.

LETS ALL GET OUR HEADS AROUND THIS...

So Darren Moore gets Sheffield Wednesday promoted from our league last season. He then walks out on them before a ball is kicked due to their 'lack of ambition and players budget'.

7 months later he is appointed as manager of Port Vale FC until 2029. !!!

How the hell have we pulled this off......? !!

Can’t help but feel the match being off is a positive for the squad as a whole. Feel for the travelling faithful tho safe journey back

Don’t take any notice of outsiders who criticise an obvious statement of intent. Other fans can be biased, overly-critical, competitive, jaded, jealous. As for commentators and so-called experts, they know less than the fans. Make no mistake, if Burton, Wycombe, Cheltenham, Fleetwood, etc. all held a meeting to choose a manager to block us from appointing from a competition standpoint, Moore would be high on the list.
