Terribly to be honest. We just needed a few more points than 3 wins in 23 from Darren and we would have been fine. Sound familiar?, you should never have been relegated this season, never. You needed very little points wise to stay up and yet that charlatan couldn’t even get you that could he. Both our clubs have suffered, both our clubs have made shocking managerial decisions. And both our clubs are getting exactly what they deserve. Relegation. No complaints but for goodness sake do not exonerate the very Man that has completely shafted us both.

Definitely not Darren’s fault. He is desperately unlucky and it is nothing to do with him whatsoever that he has presided over 5 wins in 39 matches. He should not in any way, shape or form have any accountability for what is probably an unprecedented bad run in English football management. It’s all the owners and Players fault. Poor Darren, I feel sorry for him.

I am not sure what year it was, I remember though travelling down to your place for a match where we needed something to have any chance of avoiding relegation. A defeat though and that was that. We brought a decent following in the circumstances, about 1,500 I think and got beat 5 - 1. Relegated!. I am sure some of you will remember this.

I read your forum with interest around DM. The similarities are startling. Do we have the best Players or squad for Championship football?. No, we do not, we do though have a damn sight better than the abysmal points return he managed. If the wins he could manage and points he returned were rubbish, we would have easily stayed up (rubbish being enough of an improvement over abysmal). We needed very little more from his tenure. Sound familiar?. Interviews, I never listened to a full one. Mind you, I am one of the rare ones that listened to anything he had to say. Sound familiar?. Tactics and how Teams were set - up / in game management and substitutions. Dire. Sound familiar. We though are the lucky ones, we head in to next season with some optimism as he is nowhere near our Playing staff now. Thankfully. Is it 51 points he had to play for with your Team and he has managed is it 9?. And you have played a lot of Teams around you, his run in was easier than it could have been. There is no excuse for the points return he has managed to achieve at your Club, regardless of any fault of Carol, Flitcroft or the Players. If there had been no Manager whatsoever appointed and no coaching staff, you get enough points for survival. Be interesting to see if he starts with you next season.

He will end up relegating two clubs in one season (as we didn’t have a cat in hells chance after his 3 wins in 23 which is half a season). Quite an achievement. Well done Darren

I am just trying to give you insight in to what your Club has done. It’s not going well is it?, playing bottom off the table sides, no new Manager bounce and no wins. It will not get any better, hopefully though you won’t allow it to get to 23 turgid games like we did.

So how do you explain 3 wins out of 6 (and a credible draw against Leeds) since he has gone against Moores 3 wins out of 23?.

It’s not a question of being right. I just genuinely don’t understand how he gets a gig, I don’t. Since he has gone, honestly, I cannot articulate the improvement, it’s huge, immense. It’s like watching a completely different Team apart from the shirts are the same. We are up against it because of him, and only him and thanks for the best wishes. I really hope your fortunes improve but listen to me here. You have so much to look forward to, you really do. You will feel like we do when he goes and you get somebody (anybody) in to get you going again. The relief is palpable.

With us he won pretty much 1 match for every 8 he managed. So you are due a win in your next three matches.
